Buzz Aldrin backs Donald Trump ‘wholeheartedly’

This endorsement is getting some buzz.

Buzz Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon, gives former President Donald Trump his official stamp of approval.

“Over time, I have seen our government’s approach to space wax and wane. But during the first Trump administration, I was impressed to see how human space exploration was elevated as a policy of high importance once again,” wrote the 94-year-old former astronaut on X.

Aldrin listed several accomplishments, such as the reinstatement of the National Space Council, the formation of the US Space Force, and the private sector’s gains in space technology.

“For me, for our country’s future, facing enormous challenges, and for the proven political track record above, I believe we are best served by voting for @realDonaldTrump. I wholeheartedly support him for President of the United States,” he added.
