Palazzo is all the rage in the fashion world due to its versatility – it can be paired with crop tops, jackets, and even T-shirts.

The world of fashion is constantly evolving. New styles and trends often take the market by storm. The world quickly moves on to the next best thing. Palazzo has been a favorite piece of women’s wardrobe for at least the last decade. The loose and casual cut of the Palazzo makes it a great choice from casual to party wear. This piece of clothing is still all the rage in the fashion industry, and why not? You can pair it with crop tops, jackets, and T-shirts, making it quite versatile. Now, a video has surfaced online of the Palazzo, made from a rather unlikely material, and being sold in a mall. What has also surprised people is the price.

Mohammed Sadiq Qadri shared a viral video of a palazzo made from a jute sack. There is no information about where the garment is sold. But if you watch the clip carefully, you will see the name of the company that made the Palazzo, Holy Fashion. Its office is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Palazzo made from the sack was put up for display inside a shopping mall, which caught the public’s attention. If the material wasn’t disgusting enough, the price tag was. The person checking the Palazzo showed the price tag, which read Rs 60,000.

The video has been viewed 93.9 million times on Instagram. After watching the clip, people were horrified by the price, with some making fun of the material. After all, in Indian homes, such bags are used to store wheat or rice, while many often use them as a mat. One user wrote, “My leg is itching just looking at it.” Another commented, “How do you fool people? Make it a fashion statement.” One user jokingly wrote, “How did my buffalo’s winter attire reach them?” Another added, “For those wondering why this is expensive, it is included in the GST.”

Usually jute or hessian bags are quite cheap and can cost as little as Rs 60. However, when people see this material being used to make Palazzo and being sold for Rs 60,000, they get confused.
