Riot Confirms League of Legends Arcane Season 2 Release Dates

Riot Confirms League of Legends Arcane Season 2 Release Dates

It’s coming, it’s happening and it’s officially coming soon. After wowing us with its first season in 2021, League of Legends Arcane is finally ready to return, and Riot has confirmed exactly when the new (and final) season of the animated series will hit Netflix. When we last saw Vi, Jinx, and the rest of the crew from the MOBA adaptation, the unrest between Piltover and Zaun was at a fever pitch, especially after Jinx did this thing. With LoL update 14.18 recently released and a new card game on the way (albeit with a bit of a twist), Riot has just confirmed the release dates and times for the second season of League of Legends Arcane.

With a rich story, a vibrant cast of characters, and stunning visuals, it’s only natural that League of Legends, still one of the best MOBAs out there, would eventually get its own animated series. The best thing about Arcane, though, is how well it works as a standalone series, even for non-LoL fans. It helps if you’re a veteran and know the League of Legends tier list like the back of your Draven skin, but the first nine-episode series is a solid series in its own right. And now, Arcane is finally back—and bringing with her one of our favorite characters from S1.

Based on Riot’s teasers, Warwick looks set to play a major role in the events of Season 2, but whether he’s Jinx and Vi’s former mentor and beloved rogue Vander remains to be seen. Likewise, we can expect to see top-lane terrorist Singed in all his glory, alongside all the action and heartbreaking character drama (it’s not Jinx’s fault, well, not usually) that made the first season fly. What’s better is that we didn’t have to wait long at all.

The League of Legends season two release dates are Saturday, November 9 for Act 1, Saturday, November 16 for Act 2, and Saturday, November 23 for Act 3, meaning the second season will last exactly three weeks. Depending on where you are in the world, the series will be available on Netflix on different dates. We’ve listed them all below. Each episode will be released at the same time every Saturday.
