Bella Hadid Adds a Greaser Twist to a Classic Parisian Uniform

Bella Hadid’s long-awaited return to Paris Fashion Week is finally here — and she made sure to show up in style.

The supermodel landed in the City of Light on Sunday in a subversive take on the classic Parisian uniform. Her outerwear—a sleek khaki Saint Laurent trench coat with tortoiseshell buttons and a belt at the waist—helped her blend in with the local crowd, but it was the rest of her outfit that showcased her unique sense of style.

Hadid paired the coat with an all-black ensemble consisting of a fitted black T-shirt, skinny nylon pants, and a pair of Miu Miu leather biker boots. Overall, the outfit was the perfect mix of Brigitte Bardot and Sandy Grease.

She completed the look with large black sunglasses and a large black leather bag, both from Saint Laurent.

While Hadid has been sorely missed on the runways over the past few seasons, the model has been busy with other ventures, namely the launch of her own fragrance line, Orebella.

“I’ve never had a scent that fascinated me so much, that made me feel special and different. I started creating my own and creating decks about them,” she previously told Bazaar. “All of a sudden I started talking to myself about my future and what excited me, and it was really about bringing something so personal to the world and being able to show people my heart and my brain. Creating Orebell was the best form of therapy, especially using my brain again and educating myself on different things and learning about the business behind it all, but also being able to stay true to who I am.”
