In her new role, LoJacono will oversee business development efforts in the eastern U.S., with a focus on industrial and retail markets, among other areas, according to Mycon. She will also identify growth opportunities, develop strategies to strengthen the company’s market position and build relationships with key accounts.

LoJacono brings more than 20 years of AEC industry experience to Mycon — prior to her role as general contractor, she worked at Nashville-based TLC Engineering Solutions, where she was a senior account development manager in the healthcare operations division, according to her LinkedIn profile, and has extensive business development experience.

LoJacono earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of a successful contractor like MYCON that has such a strong reputation in the industry,” LoJacono said in a release. “It’s rewarding to help expand MYCON’s reach in the East, especially in a city like Nashville where building solid relationships is so important.”
