Heights Music Hop Expands Live Entertainment at Coventry Village on Sunday (September 29)

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Heights Music Hop has announced an extension to a third day of concerts and festivities at Coventry Village.

The surprise addition to the annual free music festival will now run until Sunday (September 29), coinciding with the iconic Coventry Sidewalk Sale, which runs from noon to 7pm

This will be the conclusion of a three-day Heights Music Hop weekend starting Friday (September 27) in the Cedar-Fairmount district and continuing Saturday (September 28) in the Cedar-Lee district.

As for Sunday, “it promises to be a friendly, fun-filled afternoon filled with music, creativity and fellowship,” Matt Moore, executive director of the Coventry Village Special Improvement District, noted in a SID news release.

Festival attendees will be able to enjoy live performances by outstanding artists, including:

— David Mayfield’s Parade

— Nathan-Paul

— Da Land Brass Band

— Hello Mavis

–Jacob B. Johnson

— Folknet Stage, curated by Charlie Mosbrook, chairman of the board of this non-profit music organization

For those who would like to improve their musical skills, Terra (Elijah Bisbee) will lead a special songwriting workshop.

In addition to live music, Coventry Village will feature a variety of unique vendors and attractions:

• Pop-Up Record Store and DJs

• ‘Create Your Own Coventry Jersey’ Station

• Autograph session with Annie Zaleski, author of “Taylor Swift: The Stories Behind the Songs”, organized at B Side Lounge

• Taylor Swift Karaoke

• “School rock bands show” with the participation of local youth

• Nova Performing Arts Show

• Activities for children that provide fun for the whole family
