If the first thing you think about when you open your eyes every morning is coffee, then Sunday, September 29th is the day for you.

It’s National Coffee Day, and coffee shops and cafes across Monmouth and Ocean counties are celebrating with free stuff, deals, and promotions. From drip coffee to lattes, here’s where to go (we’ll keep adding to this list, so check back for updates).

Brew Coffee Bar, Matawan: free coffee with the purchase of a cake

Caffeine Haven, Howell: 10% discount on all coffees

Coffee Coral, Red Bank: Small pumpkin spice lattes for $3, hot or iced, on Sunday, September 29. The coffee shop is offering a sale on its signature products all weekend long.

Coffee Surf Co., Belmar: free hot coffee

Cool Beans Cafe, Toms River: Three free Cool Beans K-cup capsules with purchase of a large coffee (while supplies last)

Fair Mountain Coffee Roasters, Atlantic Highlands: On Sunday, September 29, the café will launch freshly roasted Honduran honey coffee, as well as free samples of the café’s most popular drip coffee, Greg’s Blend.

Jive’s Cafe, Howell: half price iced latte to go and free pumpkin muffin with any purchase

Lava Java House, Lavallette: free small coffee and half price Lava Java Signature latte

Plant Lady House, Ocean Township: The cafe is typically closed on Sundays, but will be open during this time and serving drip coffee for $1 and other drinks for $3.

Revolutionary Salon, Toms River: free coffees in small establishments; buy one, get one free; 20% discount on packaged coffee

Riposo Coffee Roastery, Rumson: special drink offers; the return of summer drink specials and a customer survey to identify special offers for the week
