The holiday season is almost here, which means the Great American Family holiday movie reunion is almost here. Of course, every October, GAF, as well as Lifetime and Hallmark, start showing holiday movies leading up to the holidays and beyond. What is the Great American Family Family schedule for this year?

The Great American Family Spoilers: Christmas Movies Begin October 17th

Great American Family has announced that their holiday lineup will begin on Thursday, October 17 and continue throughout the holidays. Fans will see not only new movies, but also classics.

This holiday movie marathon is sure to leave fans in no doubt. Here’s what fans have to look forward to and won’t want to miss.

All the movies will start at 8:00 PM ET on Great American Family. Great American Family wants to thank our fans for letting us be a huge part of your holiday season and we hope you enjoy the movies we’ve selected for you. Starting October 17th, with a new but hopefully soon-to-be classic favorite.

Christmas Is Scotland kicks off the festive season

Christmas in Scotland debuts on Saturday, October 19 and stars Jill Winternitz and Dominic Watters. According to The Futon Critic, Winternitz plays a New York installation designer who travels to Scotland to work for a wealthy heir who hates Christmas while she creates a light display for his small town.

A Christmas Castle Proposal, airing Sunday 20 October, will see Olivia and Prince Alexander spend their first Christmas together at his family’s magical castle. Starring: Rhiannon Fish and Mitchell Bourke.

A Vintage Christmas premieres Saturday, October 26. The film stars Merritt Patterson and Christopher Russell. This year, Christmas comes down to a developer competing with a preservationist over a historic post office.

November’s Christmas Movies Start With a Christmas Theme

The Fabric Of Christmas airs Saturday, November 2. The film stars Ferelith Young and Harmon Walsh. Amy, a quilting teacher, is hired by Liam to make a quilt for his sister. However, the two of them don’t see eye to eye. Will they be able to find a solution and finish the quilt?

The Royal Christmas Ballet will air on Saturday, November 9, starring Brittany Underwood and Jonathan Stoddard. “The Nutcracker is a dream come true for many ballerinas, but this retired ballerina is forced to work with a visiting troupe of royal ambassadors to stage a seasonal performance of the famous act.”

A Christmas Less Traveled premieres Saturday, November 16, starring Candace Cameron Bure and Eric Johnson. “Desi, a local business owner, takes a holiday road trip back in time after being instructed to do so by an audio tape left in the stereo of her recently deceased father’s red truck. Along the way, she meets a man who needs her help; he offers to help her in return.”

The episode, “A Little Women’s Christmas,” airs Saturday, November 23. The cast includes Gladys Knight, Trevor Donovan, Jen Lilley, Jillian Murray, Laura Osnes, Julia Reilly, and Jesse Hutch.

The film “Sleigh Bells And Sugarplums” will be broadcast on Sunday, November 24. The main roles are played by Jill Wagner and Jesse Hutch.

I Heard The Bells will be available to watch on Thursday, November 28. The main roles will be played by Stephen Atherholt, Jonathan Blair and Rachel Day Hughes.

The first linear television show, this film is commercial-free. Based on the life of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.

Cinderella performed by an American family

A Cinderella Christmas, starring Danica McKellar and Oliver Rice, premieres Friday, November 29. Chelsea sneaks into the castle while traveling to Havenshire to find her biological family. Will she find Mr. Right instead?

Christmas By Candlelight starring Erin Agostino and Harmon Walsh will premiere on December 21. Coupled Up For Christmas will premiere on December 22 starring Sara Canning and Marcus Rosner.
