1. Wendy is rejected by Andrew

Wendy tries to explain to Andrew why she was hiding in The Waterhole’s office with Quinn during the hostage situation, but he won’t listen to her.

Sadie shows sympathy when Wendy explains that Quinn tricked her into a meeting by posing as her new university mentor.

Wendy suggests that perhaps it’s time to issue an intervention order against Quinn to stop him from harassing her, but insecure Andrew remains ruthless and stridently insists that she is the problem, not Quinn.

2. Wendy faces a difficult return to work

After the siege, Wendy takes a few days off, but later returns to work. He tries to put on a brave face, but Felix can see how hard he’s trying.

Felix tries to help by telling Andrew about Wendy’s problems. Andrew reaches out to Wendy, but in response to his recent cold behavior towards her, he must face some home truths.

3. Holly is afraid that she will go to prison

Holly talks to the police and shares the full story of the siege, including how she stole dirty money from Heath and continued spending it wildly. Although she has been released without charge for now, Holly is warned that this is not the end of the matter.

Holly’s relatives urge her not to worry about her uncertain future at this stage, but she cannot help but face the prospect of a prison sentence for theft. She is shocked to learn that if convicted, she could face ten years in prison.

4. Holly hears her fate

Days later, Holly is still waiting for news of her punishment, and Karl realizes it’s time to take a more decisive approach to his troubled daughter.

Later, Andrew breaks the news of Holly’s punishment and she is forced to face the music over her recent actions.

5. Teresa breaks down after Toadie leaves

Teresa tries to turn to her friends for support after the drama of the siege and Toadie’s departure, but Susan and Jane are busy. Only Paul sees how much Teresa is struggling, but she is reluctant to count on his help after their turbulent history.

Home alone, after turning down the opportunity to spend time with Paul, an emotional Teresa breaks down as the latest events hit her.

6. Teresa confides in Remi

Teresa later explains her dilemma to Remi, admitting that she wants to return to Paul’s orbit. However, her gut tells her that this is not a wise idea in the long run.

Paul later shows up at Teresa’s to bring her lunch, but while they are friendly with each other, both are reluctant to cross boundaries beyond friendship.

7. Nicolette’s troubles cause Isla to get hurt

Nicolette makes a mistake arranging childcare, which means she takes in Isla when she should be working at the cafe. Jane and Aaron are frozen when he asks them to intervene, and tensions continue to rise over the “Aaron’s List” incident.

Nicolette sets up Isla in the kitchen with toys and books while she is busy working, but this has unfortunate consequences when Isla accidentally burns her hand.

8. Nicolette demands change

Remi steps in to treat Isla and confirms that her burn is minor. Nicolette remains concerned about the situation and realizes that the ongoing family dispute is beginning to adversely affect Isla.

Nicolette points out to Aaron and Jane that their attempts to punish her hurt Isla because neither of them wants to help her take care of the children.

Aaron finally calls a truce with Nicolette and they sign up for a new app that helps them better manage their co-parenting situation.

9. Krista moves out of the house they share

Krista still sees Nicolette as a terrible roommate and ponders her future in the house they share. Byron is upset about the possibility of someone else leaving and begs Krista to stay.

As Krista’s irritation with Nicolette deepens, Leo considers asking his girlfriend to move in with him. Melanie gets there first, inviting Krista to move into the spare room in her apartment.

10. Melanie discovers a new romance

Melanie and Krista enjoy each other’s company after moving in.

Melanie confides in Krista how she met a new man online, although she doesn’t reveal his identity. Melanie is excited to meet this man for the first time, but is there more to him than meets the eye?

11. Byron joins the juicy fundraiser

Krista continues to plan her all-male variety show at Lassiters and hires Melanie as an entertainment consultant.

Krista and Melanie ask Byron if he would like to commit, but he doesn’t want to strip on stage. However, when Byron is drawn into an impromptu dance with Aaron, he finally changes his mind.

12. Dex tries to help JJ

Dex worries that JJ isn’t handling Nell’s departure well and tries to distract him by entering them in a trivia contest.

JJ is feeling better until he misses a call from Nell and receives more news about his biological father, Felix. However, while JJ is grateful for his younger brother’s efforts, Dex’s thoughtfulness wasn’t entirely wasted.

13. Feliks finds a new job

Harold bonds with Felix when he learns that the ex-convict is a fellow believer. He learns that Felix is ​​looking for a job, so he recommends him to Karl as a new Tram employee. Susan also whispers kind words about Felix, being grateful for his heroism during the siege.

Cara is furious when she learns about Felix’s new job, but Remi believes he deserves a chance. Their differing opinions may cause a new rift in the couple’s marriage.

Cara’s final moment comes when she sees Felix around JJ again and makes a fateful decision.
