Indeed, the country music icon’s style has always been a highlight of red carpets, and her outfit on People’s Choice National Awards 2024 – who hosts Peacock – was no exception.

Twain arrived at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville with a 1960s-inspired blonde hairdo and wearing an all-denim ensemble encrusted with diamonds. Her mermaid-style dress — which she created in collaboration with Levis — hugged the country star’s feet and was accessorized with a sparkly collar, off-the-shoulder straps and matching denim gloves. “Isn’t this crazy? I love it,” Twain exclusively told E! News co-host Keltie Knight. “I was involved in the sketches, the design, the silhouette and so on. For me it’s pure joy. It’s not about wearing something amazing, it’s about being a part of it.”

Looking good on the red carpet has always been an adventure for Twain, who has time and time again donned breathtaking looks — like a black-and-white bell-bottom suit, which she paired with an extremely tall matching hat and a bright red wig at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

“For me, fashion is a powerful tool that helps express my personality and creativity,” the 59-year-old wrote in a statement. Instagram post from April 2023 celebrating her look at last year’s CMT Awards, a sheer red and black butterfly dress and scarlet wig. “Apart from spending the evening with friends, this is one of my favorite things about going to awards shows! Life is too short to wear boring clothes!”

In addition to hosting today’s PCCA 2024 event, the “Man! “I think hosts are chosen quite carefully, making sure that people have a good rapport with each other and that the host has experience,” Twain said Billboard in an interview published on September 23. “Reba is one of my favorite hosts. He speaks from his own experience and I think this commands respect and attention. She’s funny and smart and everyone loves her, and it’s a compliment to be asked to do something like this (host an awards show). So Reba is a good example for me.”
