Kate Walsh is changing her style!

Gray’s anatomy fans had to take a double look at Walsh’s new look for Paris Fashion Week! The 56-year-old actress, who became known to fans as Dr. Addison Montgomery Shepherd in the medical series, abandoned her red hair for blonde in City of Love.

Walsh showed off a voluminous version of the pixie cut at the Nina Ricci show during the Spring-Summer 2025 Women’s Fashion Week in Paris at the Potocki Hotel on Friday, September 27.

For the stylish event, she showed off a hint of leather in a contrasting all-black outfit made of alternating solid and lace fabric. Walsh added strappy heels and an oversized black blazer to complete her fashionable look.

In a driving selfie video shared to her Instagram Stories before the event, Walsh wore white cat-eye sunglasses.

“Ok @NinaRicci let’s go,” she wrote under the clip.

Her next Paris photo was a photo of the star in a beautiful floral dress on the same day at the Giambattista Valli Paris Spring-Summer 2025 women’s clothing show.

This time, Walsh wore her hair slicked back and parted to the side for a high-fashion look. She wore a salmon pink chiffon blouse under her floral coat. The makeup matched her pink look, and the actress added three pairs of tiny earrings.

A day before her double look, Walsh debuted blonde bangs at the Christopher Esber Womenswear Spring-Summer 2025 show.

She stood out in an emerald green long-sleeved mini dress. The Emilia in Paris the actress added sensual elements in the form of a smokey eye and a bold red lip. She completed her look with black stilettos and gold hoop earrings.

Walsh’s Paris Fashion Week wardrobe was very different from the scrubs she wore during her run at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital.

Her character, Addison Shepherd, was first introduced when the show featured a board-certified OB/GYN trying to save her marriage to Derek Shepherd (played by Patrick Dempsey).

Unfortunately for her, Dr. McDreamy had already started getting close to Meredith Gray (played by Ellen Pompeo), which resulted in Addison’s departure.

However, all was not lost – she eventually created her own spin-off, Private practicefor six seasons before returning to the series in season 18 as a recurring character.

And in the real world, Walsh had her own happy ending, announcing in October 2022 that she was engaged to Australian Andrew Nixon.
