The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter the star wants to go under the knife of a plastic surgeon (again). Ashley she has all the behind-the-scenes details about what she wants and how much it will cost her.

Sources tell The Ashley that Jenelle is unhappy with her current boob job and plans to install a new closet.

“The boob job she did when she was on ‘Teen Mom 2’ (in 2012) wasn’t great and she wants it changed to keep it straight and not fall flat in the end,” the source said.

Ashley Sources Also tell her that Jenelle won’t spend much on her hard earned MTV cash to buy new tits. Jenelle’s manager/dear friend, August Keena (who returned to the picture despite a fierce fight earlier this month), is working on striking a deal with a Las Vegas plastic surgeon who will redo and fix Jenelle’s implants in exchange for online publicity.

“Jenelle will still have to cover part of the cost of the surgery, but it will be very high, tightly with a discount,” says The Ashley’s source.

Ashley isn’t sure if Jenelle will try to document the surgery on the upcoming season of “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.”

“(The network and producers) have always gotten a lot of backlash after episodes (in which the girls get) plastic surgery,” a production source told The Ashley. “They really tried to stay away from drawing attention to anything the girls were doing, so I think it’s unlikely they’d want to put it on the show. They are really trying to take (the program) in a new direction.”

It looks like Jenelle (and her trusted manager) may have signed a contract with a plastic surgeon in Las Vegas Doctor Christopher Costa Platinum Plastic Surgery. (I want to note here that Ashley is NO confirmation that Dr. Costa is performing Jenelle’s surgery and/or providing a discount; confirms that Jenelle’s manager has considered the idea of ​​exploring the city.)

On Thursday, Jenelle posted a photo of herself in Dr. Costa’s office along with the caption, “I heard @DrCosta_Platinum was the best in Las Vegas so here I am!”

In 2016 — shortly after Jenelle met her former soulmate, David Eason– traveled to Florida for a consultation Doctor Miami– who was the “Teen Mom” ​​stars’ plastic surgeon of choice at the time. Jenelle asked about a chin augmentation, telling the Snapchat-happy doc that she thought her chin was “too pointy.” Dr. Miami refused to perform surgery on Jenelle, stating that she needed to see a doctor who specialized in chin augmentation.
