‘Life After Lockup’ Will Return With More Episodes in October 2024: Meet the Cast

The Love after lockdown the journey will continue in a new 10-episode season Life after lockdown premieres on October 4 on WE TV.

New, 90-minute episodes of a reality show about prisoners and their partners will talk about seven couples from previous seasons Love after lockdown AND Love during lockdown. Will either of them manage to mend their relationship? Or will the pressures of life outside tear them apart?

Bianca and Daniel

In the latest season Love after lockdown, viewers met Bianca, who dropped everything to move to Arizona to be Daniel even though he was behind bars. Now he has been released and she is ready to start their life together.

“Daniel has been released from prison. I’m very happy,” says Bianca in the new version Life after lockdown trailer (via YouTube).

But Daniel doesn’t seem like he’s on the same page.

“Bianca wants to get married. I don’t think we’re ready,” he says.

As Bianca begins to realize that she may not have the happy life she imagined, her relationship with Daniel becomes strained. Will they solve their problems after the apartment lease expires, or will they go their separate ways?

Ceruia and Troy

Troy was released from prison and returned home. Now Zeruiah is determined to involve him in all her family’s business affairs. She introduces him to Project HEAL, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting formerly incarcerated people. But Zeruiah has a secret about their dealings.

Britney and Kerok

Britney and Kerok created their own Love after lockdown debut in 2023. The couple, who met while they were both staying at the same facility, struggled with external relationship challenges in addition to the added stress of Kerok’s gender transition. Now they want to make even more changes. The couple moves from Virginia to Texas with Kerok’s mother, Tammy. But as they prepare for a big move, they receive a shocking phone call that could change everything.

Kimberly and Joey

Kim and Joey are adjusting to their new life together following his recent release from prison. Joey has become a stepfather to Kim’s boys and she is excited for her fiancé to come home. The more time Joey spends with Kim’s son, Kasen, the more he suspects that he is his biological child. Will DNA testing prove he was right? Kim fears the results could affect the boys and change everything. Worse still, he begins to suspect that Joey may not be sober.

“It scares the crap out of me,” she says in the trailer when someone asks if she thinks he’s on drugs.

Melissa and Louie

Louie has been out of prison for a year and a half, and Melissa is ready to tie the knot. She pressures him to choose the perfect ring, but his mother, Donna, thinks the couple is working too fast. Meanwhile, Louie works various jobs trying to make Melissa’s dreams come true. However, it doesn’t seem like Melissa is giving much in return.

“It would be very nice if you were more affectionate,” he says in the trailer.

Tennie and Robert

Rob and Tennie try to make a life together after his release. But his mother, Kate, became a serious problem in their relationship. Kate feels she’s been left to care for Tennie and her children while Rob sits behind bars, leading to a major outburst at his homecoming party.

Although Rob is torn between his wife and mother, he is still interested in having a child of his own with Tennie. However, as a single mother, she has already had to raise two children and is not sure if she wants another child.

Justyna and Michał

Acquaintance Love after lockdown married couple Justine and Michael moved from Pennsylvania to Las Vegas with their large blended family and their newborn Manhattan Barbie doll. And they weren’t done growing their family. Justine is currently pregnant with baby number 9!

Life after lockdown Premieres Friday, October 4 at 8 p.m. ET on WE TV. Episodes will be available for streaming on ALLBLK every Tuesday.
