The ‘Office’ stars laughed and drank plenty of coffee in an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip

Steve Carell and John Krasinski may not be in the Dunder Mifflin break room these days, but they’re still enjoying a cup of coffee together!

Office the graduates met again while filming a new advertisement for Lavazza. In PEOPLE’s exclusive behind-the-scenes clip, Carell and Krasinski star alongside the adorable face of Lavazza, the robot Luigi, as part of the coffee brand’s “Pleasure Makes Us Human” campaign.

At the beginning of the clip above, Krasinski leans over Luigi while Carell sighs and meets him on the floor.

– Did he do it again? Carell says as Krasinski responds, “Poor guy.” In the middle of the scene, the crew shouts “cut!” The duo immediately breaks character and can’t stop laughing.

They drink from several Lavazza espresso cups throughout the place. In one hilarious moment, Carell adopts a robotic voice, imitating Luigi as he takes an animated sip.

After he jokes, he tells Krasinski to try the funny part. The Jack Ryan star graciously declined, to which Carell replied, “You’re such a coward.” His stabbing is, of course, followed by raucous laughter.

One of the moments when Carell lifts the Oscar statuette is a breathtaking moment almost placing it in Krasinski’s coffee cup to serve as a mixing vessel.

In April, the duo once again got carried away by madness on the set of the film entitled IF.

A behind-the-scenes video showed Carell entering the recording studio, hugging Krasinski and the two saying to each other, “It’s good to see you.”

“I was just telling these guys – has it been years?” – Krasiński asked.

“Years,” Carell replied, then joked with a shrug at the cameras. “I’m glad we have it. It’s so intimate.”

The actors then decided to recreate the moment of their reunion when Carell left the studio and Krasinski pretended to introduce him for the second time. “Anyway, I haven’t seen Steve, Jesus, it must be…”

As Carell entered, he exclaimed, “Oh my God!” like he just couldn’t see Quiet place the actor a few seconds earlier, prompting Krasiński to spit out water in mock surprise.

– Are you kidding me? Carell said excitedly.

Their joint project, IF hit theaters in May.
