Folk horror Falling Stars has a trailer and poster

XYZ Films has released the poster and trailer Shooting starsupcoming folk horror film directed by Gabriel Bieńczycki and Richard Karpal.

The film tells the story of three brothers who go to the desert to look at the body of a witch, but after accidentally desecrating the corpse, a terrible curse falls on their family.

The cast includes Rene Leech, Shaun Duke Jr., Andrew Gabriel, Diane Worman and Greg Poppa. Watch the trailer below…

On the night of the first harvest, three brothers from the American West set out to see the dead witch buried by their friend. When they accidentally desecrate it, they learn that the only way to stop the curse on their family is a race against time, during which they must burn the body before sunrise.

“Shooting Stars” will debut in selected cinemas and on the VOD platform on October 11.
