faidr subscribers now have access to over 9,000 ad-free AM/FM stations

BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Audidia Inc. (NASDAQ:AUUD) (NASDAQ:AUUDW) (“Auddia” or the “Company”), a proprietary artificial intelligence platform for identifying and classifying audio and related technologies, transforming the way consumers consume AM/FM radio, podcasts and other audio content announced today that it has increased the total number of stations available on the faidr app to over 13,000 AM/FM stations, of which over 9,000 are available ad-free to subscribers.

“We are constantly improving and optimizing the experience for our free users and subscribers, and this latest addition is a prime example of that.” said Michael Lawless, CEO of Audidia’. “The goal of this latest venture was to have a full lineup of U.S. and Canadian stations. International stations will arrive next year and we are excited to begin expanding to other regions.”

In addition to doubling the number of available stations on faidr, Audidia recently introduced two groundbreaking podcast features: Forward+ and Chapter Visualization, to enhance the podcast listening experience. Forward+ allows users to skip entire segments with a single tap, while chapter visualization displays segment breaks in a progress bar, making navigation more intuitive. These industry-first features offer listeners a more efficient and intelligent way to interact with their favorite podcasts.

In the fourth quarter, Audidia will launch a new music-only AI model that will give faidr users the ability to listen exclusively to music from their favorite music-focused AM/FM stations. Also in the fourth quarter, the Company will provide the first gamification functions in the application.
