Final Fantasy XIV Director Details Upcoming Patch 7.1

Crossroads will add a new Alliance Raid series, more story quests, and some mayhem.

During the Tokyo Game Show, Final Fantasy XIV hosted by director Naoki Yoshida and social producer Toshio Murouchi FFXIV Live Letter 83, sharing everything coming in Update 7.1. It is expected to be added to the MMORPG in mid-November. This will be the first major patch after the game’s release Trail of Dawn expansion in July.

The update, titled “Crossroads,” will add new main scenario quests as well as the first high-difficulty 24-player Alliance raid. Fans Final Fantasy XI will also be happy to watch the first part of the Alliance Raid crossover series with this title, which was Square Enix’s first MMO game and was released in 2002.

Update 7.05 was added in late July and brought, among other things, job changes and Savage raids.

• New tasks in the main scenario
• New Dungeon – Yuweyawata Field Station
• New 24-player alliance raid series – Echoes of Vana’diel
• New trial version – The Minstrel’s Ballad: Sphene’s Burden
• New Unrealistic Trial – The Jade Stoa (Unreal): Face Byakko, one of the Four Lords, at level 100
• Chaotic Alliance Invasion – Cloud of Darkness (Chaotic): A new high-difficulty raid for 24 players
• New Ultimate Raid – Rewritten Futures (Final)
• New Allied Society Tasks – Players will be able to take part in new allied society missions for Pelupel, which are designed for combat classes and professions
• New Custom Delivery Customer – Nitowikwe
• Additional role-related tasks and Wachumeqimeqi – The new role quest story will become available after completing all Dawntrail role quests, similarly the new Wachumeqimeqi story will become available after completing all related quests
• New Hildibrand Quest series – Hildibrand’s unimaginable further adventures
• New Game+ Patch 7.0 Support – Repeat main scenario tasks, tasks and role tasks
• Additional duties – Support for quest dungeons other than the main Halatala scenario will be implemented, and further additions will be added in the future
• Player Apartments Update – The option of selecting interior designs from various residential districts, regardless of the location of the plot, as well as new interior designs will be added
• Various updates – Additional updates to the Novice Hall including training in a wide range of different combat mechanics, added NPC voices in Doman Mahjong, and more

Final Fantasy XIV is available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 Trail of Dawn expansion for Final Fantasy XIVreleased on July 2, increased the level cap from 90 to 100 and added a new playable race, two new DPS classes, new cities, new dungeons and raids, a new limited quest, and an entirely new story arc.
