Kahle Community Center announces youth basketball registrations | South Lake Tahoe

STATELINE, Nev. – Kahle Community Center has announced enrollment for its youth basketball league for students in grades 3-8. This is an introductory recreational league designed for youth to have fun and learn the basics of basketball. Register in person at the Kahle Community Center reception.

League details

The league will last from early January to mid-March and will consist of one match and one training session per week. Here are the age groups and game nights:

Boys from grades 3-4 – matches on Tuesday evenings
Girls from grades 3-5 – matches on Tuesday evenings
Boys from grades 5-6 – Thursday matches
Girls from grades 6-8 – matches on Monday evening
Boys from grades 7-8 – matches on Wednesday evening

Registration information: To register, please visit the Kahle Community Center reception desk at 236 Kahle Drive, Stateline, Nev. The registration fee is $90 and is due upon registration. Places are limited and a waiting list will be created once spaces are filled.

Once registered, players will attend an evening pre-assessment on December 16 or 17, 2025, depending on their age. The season begins with tryouts the week of January 6, with official games beginning the week of January 13.
