According to her website, Munno’s pasta heritage dates back to the 19th century, when her family opened a pasta factory in southern Italy. Her social media presence as a pasta connoisseur began in 2020 when she saw a “blasphemous” lasagna recipe on TikTok and felt her “culture was being misrepresented.” This prompted her to post her family’s recipes online. Four years later, he has almost 8.5 million followers on Instagram and TikTok.
