Rocks were thrown at East Grand Forks windows. The police are asking for information

EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. (Valley News Live) – The East Grand Forks Police Department is investigating a recent series of incidents where rocks were thrown at windows in residential areas.

They write that these acts of vandalism caused significant material damage and they need help in identifying the perpetrators.

They created a map showing the areas where these events took place. Four of these incidents occurred between August 28 and 31, with the most recent incident occurring on September 27.
