Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal’s wife’s Instagram bio now reads: “Born in Mexico, now home in India.”

Grecia Munoz, wife of Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal, has decided to change her name on Instagram. Now her name is Gia Goyal. The Mexican businesswoman shared glimpses of her “new life” through a series of photos on the platform, including a happy photo of her and Deepinder enjoying a slice of cake together.

Gia’s Instagram bio now reads: “Born in Mexico, now home in India.” Her latest post features a photo of her in traditional Indian attire, celebrating the Holi festival, posing with her dog and taking a selfie in the sun. In the second photo of her carousel, Gia is having fun in various places, including one where she is enjoying delicious chole bhature. She also shared additional photos of her husband Deepinder Goyal capturing their happy moments together.

Deepinder Goyal secretly tied the knot with Gia Goyal at a private wedding earlier this year. The announcement of their wedding only became public in March, shortly after they returned from their honeymoon in France.

He became a billionaire after the company’s shares surged at a record high, crossing 300% of the low recorded in July 2023. The BSE stock touched a record high of Rs 230. The market capitalization has crossed 1.8 trillion rupees. Goyal, who holds 36.95 crore shares or 4.24% stake in the company, has become India’s richest professional executive and the country’s newest billionaire with a net worth of over Rs 8,300 crore.
