I was very disappointed to have to miss Hot Rod magazine’s 20th anniversary of Drag Week this year. They shuffled the schedule and it ended up right before Race Week, which I help organize. It sucked, but it was what it was. Fortunately, two amazing groups of competitors and friends had a great time at both events and that’s all that matters. So when Freiburger posted his video from the week, I was very excited to see his adventures. I’m sure you will too. Check it out.

It’s Drag Week 2024 and David Freiburger, Brian Lohnes and KJ Jones are back! This is the band featured in the live video broadcast of Hot Rod Drag Week. In this episode, we’ll show you what it’s like behind the scenes as we hit the road for the 20th edition of Drag Week in 2024. Fun, laughter, and a little sleep deprivation and some idiots eating on couches. You’ll also see details about several cars that take to the back roads every year to determine who has the fastest Hot Rod street car in America.
