European Bleckmann takes majority stake in B2Tex Group

European logistics company Bleckmann has acquired a majority stake in B2Tex Group, a leading specialist in fashion logistics with its main operations in Spain. B2Tex operates through its renowned subsidiaries, Thinktextil and Handtex.

As Bleckmann said in a press release, around 1,550 employees of Thinktextil and Handtex, with eight logistics centres and numerous customer locations, provide services to leading clothing brands in Spain, building long-term relationships with their customers.
