Darlene Zschech signs with Integrity Music to release new album

(FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE)
Darlene Zschech signed an exclusive worldwide deal with Integrity Music to release a special album titled “Testament.” Studio album commemorates 30th anniversary of “Shout to the Lord”with 25 fresh versions of older releases and five brand new songs. It will be presented on two EPs released in the summer of 2024, with a full album release on October 11, followed by a 30-day devotional published by David C Cook.

Zschech is a highly regarded singer-songwriter, worship leader, pastor, author and speaker from Australia who has pioneered a new worship music movement in the Church since the 1990s. She has written many songs that have been sung in Churches around the world and in many languages, such as “Shout to the Lord,” “Victor’s Crown,” “In Jesus Name,” and “Worthy is the Lamb.” Her lifelong passion for serving God and others led her to pastor Hope Unlimited Church (HopeUC) with her husband Mark and to launch HOPE: Global, a nonprofit organization that brings hope to people through education in many countries in Africa and Asia.

“We are thrilled to be a part of another season of Darlene Zschech’s extraordinary ministry,” said Jonathan Brown, Chief Global Officer at David C Cook. “Darlene’s songs have helped people around the world enter into the presence of God, a testament to the craft she has led over the years.”

“It is an honor for Integrity Music to continue to partner with Darlene Zschech to continue her invaluable contributions as she leads the church in honoring the King of Kings! We believe her gift will help many more discover the beauty and goodness of God,” said Blaine Barcus, President of Integrity Music.

With this unique album, Zschech was inspired to recreate her iconic worship songs, presenting the collection of studio recordings in a new light, as she explains:

“A ‘will’ means a ‘statement of faith or direction,’ or in legal terminology, something that serves as a ‘proof of truth, legally binding,’ which so describes the promises of God, His character, and His goodness. This has been the desire of my heart all my life—to live in response to God’s great love and His unwavering faithfulness in my life. Truly, this is the heart of worship, that our whole lives be poured out for the glory of God. It is not always easy to choose this kind of life, but obedience, as you follow Jesus, is truly the only way you will ever walk in true freedom. This is my story and the foundation upon which the ‘will’ was woven.”
