Impractical Joker ‘Murr’ Drops Details on Upcoming SPAC Performance

One of the funniest comedy groups in the world is coming to the Capital Region this month. Ahead of their performance, we caught up with one of the members on 104.5 The Team.

Three comedians — James Murray, Sal Vulcano, and Brian Quinn — who together are known as Impractical jokeswill perform at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Saturday, July 20.

The team is fully committed to Drive Drive Drive Drive Drivewhich involved traveling across the country and performing in front of thousands of fans of their popular television show.

It’s been over 12 years, on December 15, 2011, since their hidden camera show became a joke, Impractical jokers, debuted on truTV. Fast-forward to 2024, and the series’ 11th season is set to premiere on Thursday.

This season will air exclusively on TBS. For the first time ever, original episodes of the series will air on a network other than truTV.

Before the show began, Murray, Vulcano, Quinn and Joe Gatto were friends and classmates at Monsignor Farrell High School in Staten Island, New York. Vulcano, Murray and Gatto were original members of the comedy troupe, which they founded in 1999. Tenderloins. After two other members left the band, Brian Quinn joined in 2006.

After shooting an unaired TV pilot in 2008 for another network, they brought their talents to truTV in 2011 and, as they say, the rest is history.
