“We were giving back the stamp” – Paloka reveals the backstage: they gave Berisha wrong information, we were supposed to come out with a new party

Democratic MP Edi Paloka commented on the situation of the opposition in the country and stressed that he deserves credit for the merger with DP.

Paloka stated that the PD as a party was a target that had to be completely destroyed and that it was Rama who came up with all this. He also added that the PD would have been dissolved within a certain period of time, but fortunately it did not happen.

Paloka said on the “Kjo Javë” program that Berisha had received incorrect information and explained the situation so that they would not resign from the PD, as the MPs were collecting signatures and were ready to form a new group.

Seeking the credit that is due to them, Paloka expresses dissatisfaction and states that from time to time he has to remind himself of the efforts he has made for DP because others forget about them.

Edi Paloka: Rama has been in the arrogance for 12 years, I even saw this 2-meter man running away. He also looks at journalists, how he behaves towards those who lick in the studio and those who are professionals. Someone says how many battles you fought, got a seal, but you had them?

But I say the goal was to melt PD, and it was very close, but we put a lot of effort into it.

There was a time when they also occupied Berisha’s mind, but they gave him wrong information. I was the one who denied them and explained everything to him, and he listened to me.

That’s why I say I want some recognition because I deserve it and I have to remind you of that because they forget.

The MPs wanted to resign from the PD and wanted us to start another group, but Berisha and I insisted and we are where we are today.

Rama almost achieved his goal and completely eradicated the PD.
