Dalljiet Kaur is going through the worst phase of her life after her marriage suddenly fell apart within a span of just eight months. The actress who thought she had finally found her ‘Prince Charming’ discovered that it was just a myth. Nikhil Patel not only denied their marriage, claiming that it was not legal in the country he hails from, but also had an extramarital affair. Now, he is in India with his new girlfriend, making fun of Indian marriage and the woman’s love for him.

Dalljiet Kaur thanked Mumbai police after filing complaint

On August 4, 2024, Dalljiet posted an Instagram story on her Instagram account, thanking the Mumbai Police. Dalljiet expressed her nervousness as a woman entering the police station, but the officers understood her plight and took swift action. She added that this act of generosity forced her to write down her emotions. Dalljiet also thanked the officers and said that they proved that women are safe in the country.

For those who don’t know, Dalljiet Kaur filed an FIR against her estranged husband Nikhil Patel. She reportedly accused him of “cruelty” and “cheating”. She filed a complaint at the Agripada police station in Mumbai, citing sections 85 and 316 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. This comes after Dalljiet arrived in India earlier this week with his girlfriend.

For those who don’t know, Nikhil Patel was photographed with his alleged girlfriend Safeena Nazar at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai. The Times Now report further stated that Nikhil was in the country to show Dalljiet that she can’t do anything about his decision to move out of the wedding. However, Dalljiet was visibly upset as she took to Instagram to share her feelings and wrote:

“No words. Just tears that won’t stop.”

The actress’s PR manager Ash Parmar lends her support and reveals the true face of Nikhil.

Ash started her note by calling out Nikhil and explaining that last time he came to India to become famous by marrying Dalljiet. She added that now he is looking for another girl and changes girls like visual shoes. Ash also revealed that Nikhil has always been rude to Dalljiet’s son Jaydon. She suggested that it is clear that something is wrong in the life of the actress and her son Jaydon. An excerpt from her note can be read as:

“Unfortunately, her ex-husband displayed a disturbing arrogance, narcissism and rudeness. His cold demeanor toward her son was just one of many warning signs that I saw firsthand about his true character. It is disheartening to see someone of her caliber treated with such disregard. Women deserve respect and genuine support, not to be undermined by those who should be their partners.”
