BALTIMORE, MD — Investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating 73-year-old Paul Banks III, who was last seen on Aug. 8 at approximately 10:44 p.m. in the 700 block of North Belnord Avenue.

Paul Banks III is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs approximately 210 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants, and white sneakers. He is believed to be driving a gray 2020 Chevrolet Trax, although the vehicle’s license plate number is unknown.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Paul Banks III is asked to contact police at 911 or 443-984-7385.

Shaelynn disappeared from her home in the 10000 block of Haldeman Avenue and was reported missing by her aunt.

    Shaelynn is described as a black female, 11 years old, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds. She has short, curly black hair and brown eyes. Police did not provide details about what she was last seen wearing.
