LeBron James and the U.S. men’s national basketball team won their fifth consecutive Olympic gold medal after defeating France 98-87 on Saturday at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

Now it’s time to celebrate for the gold medal winners.

Stephen Curry attended the post-game festivities wearing a sweatshirt that said “Good night!” in French, a nod to his celebration after hitting a 3-pointer in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s gold-medal game.

“I’m in the club now. I’m not a rookie anymore,” Curry said of winning a gold medal in his Olympic debut.

“I feel phenomenal,” James said after the victory. “We got that gold… that’s what we came here for and we did it.”

Anthony Edwards joked after the game that Curry “just got to Paris.”

“About three days ago, but we’re very happy it arrived,” Edwards said.

Curry, whose three-point shooting was relatively poor in the group stage, helped Team USA to a gold-medal victory by making 8 of 13 shots from beyond the arc.
