MCC announces advisory schedule for state medical seat quotas

The first round of counselling for State Quota Seats will be held from 21st to 29th August 2024. The last date to join on the basis of first round quota is 5th September 2024.

States are required to provide MCC with data on candidates participating in the first round between September 6 and 7, 2024.

The second round of counselling for State Quota Seats will be held from September 11, 2024 to September 20, 2024. The last date to join based on the second round of quota seats is September 26, 2024.

States are required to share data from Round 2 candidates with the MCC between September 27 and 28, 2024.

The third round of counselling for state seat allotment will be held from October 3, 2024 to October 12, 2024. The last date to apply based on state seat allotment in the third round is October 18, 2024.

States must provide Round 3 candidate data to MCC by October 19, 2024.

The recruitment round for State Quota Vacancies will be held from October 21, 2024 to October 25, 2024. The last date to join under this round is October 30, 2024.

Classes will start on October 1, 2024.

In order to ensure strict adherence to the timetable and also keeping in mind the limited time available for conducting consultations, all participating institutes/colleges have been instructed to treat all Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays as working days.
