The film follows the residents of a small town who are haunted by a demonic preacher from the past, set on the 20th anniversary of a series of brutal murders that took place on Christmas Eve at St. Agnes Church.

On the 20th anniversary of the gruesome Christmas Eve murders at St. Agnes Church, a demonic preacher from the past returns to haunt the residents of the same town. Among them is Salem, a young man whose once happy life is torn from him piece by piece when he is framed for an unspeakable crime. The only person who believes in his innocence is a distraught call girl (Alexis Knapp) with nightmares of her own. Together and apart, they are forced to face their own demons, as well as a real one who goes by the name of Mr. Monday.
