Celebs Go Dating newcomer Lauryn Goodman breaks down in tears after alleged affair

Celebrities go on dates welcomed Lauryn Goodman in an emotional meeting with agents.

On the Sept. 4 episode, Lauryn opened up to experts Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson about her trust issues. The influencer and model said her trust level is “zero” due to her complicated love life.

Lauryn recently admitted to having an affair with married English footballer Kyle Walker. Their alleged irregular relationship resulted in the birth of her two children, Kairo and Kinara.

“People probably think I’m a marriage wrecker and that I go after people’s husbands,” Lauryn said in the episode, just before heading to the agency. “That couldn’t be further from the truth.”

Just minutes after meeting with the agents, Lauryn burst into tears as she recalled her past relationships.

Lauryn claimed the alleged affair began in 2019 after his current wife Annie Kilner “threw (Walker) out”, adding that Walker and Kilner were not together at the time.

Lauryn also said Walker was “shocked” to learn she was pregnant, as he had returned to Kilner following their alleged affair. According to Lauryn, Walker’s initial agreement to share in the child’s life “didn’t go to plan”.

“I really felt like I was losing a part of myself,” she said, adding that she was in “survival mode.”

Comforted by her agents, Lauryn agreed to work through her trust issues and break the cycle of getting into relationships that were “a little toxic.”

“It’s time to get properly treated,” she later told producers.

Digital spy contacted Walker’s representatives, who declined to comment.

A source close to Walker responded to Lauryn’s comments: “Kyle and Lauryn have never been in a romantic relationship. It is known that Kyle has been with his childhood sweetheart, Annie, since they were 16, and Lauryn is and was aware of that.

“For Lauryn to suggest there is more to this is simply not true.

“She has shown tremendous contempt for his wife and children, which Kyle shares with her by weaving this narrative.”

Celebrities go on dates airs from Monday to Thursday at 9:00 p.m. on E4.
