Meanwhile, Ted Lasso fans rejoiced last month when it was announced that the popular series would be returning for a fourth season.

According to Deadline, Hannah, Jeremy Swift, and Brett Goldstein have agreed to return to the popular sitcom for a fourth season.

Hannah played AFC Richmond owner Rebecca Welton, Swift was her director of football operations Leslie Higgins, and Goldstein played former player and current coach Roy Kent.

Now Warner Brothers, which will produce the series, must sign contracts with creators and stars Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt, who play American soccer coaches hired to train the British players.

Juno Temple, who played the role of influencer and marketer Keely Jones, is also on the list of actresses the production wants to include in the new venture.

Putting together the rest of the cast may be relatively easy, as cast members have repeatedly said they would reprise their roles if given the chance.

The publication reports that the writers have already started working on the plan for the new season.

At the end of the third season, Sudeikis’ Lasso returned to his son and ex-wife in Kansas, while Hunt’s Coach Beard remained in the UK.

The show won 13 Primetime Emmy Awards during its wildly successful run.

The ending of Season 3 was never meant to be a series finale, leaving fans to dream of more adventures on the field, and it looks like that’s exactly what they’ll ultimately get.
