Canon Announces Collaboration with Workflow Software Leaders for Upcoming LabelStream LS2000 Inkjet Printer

MELVILLE, N.Y., Sept. 10, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Canon USA, Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, announced a digital inkjet label printing collaboration with software leaders Esko, Hybrid Software, OneVision and Ultimate Tech, marking the launch of the new LabelStream LS2000 inkjet press.1 The open architecture of the LabelStream LS2000 inkjet printer enables the integration of the Factory 4.0 process, which involves the implementation of intelligent digital technologies in manufacturing and industrial processes.

The announcement comes as Canon USA showcases a diverse range of solutions at the show, from desktop printers to high-performance presses. Labelexpo Americas at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, the Canon booth is located in Hall F, #5803.

Designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality digital label conversion, the LabelStream LS2000 inkjet printer incorporates a number of new Canon technologies, including a high-density water-based ink and print head, an advanced fusing system and a variety of automation features to improve production efficiency.
