Oprah Is In Town With Kamala Harris For Unite for America Event

Media mogul Oprah Winfrey will arrive in Michigan tonight to host a live event with Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

Under the name “Unite for America 2024,” the two will appear together on stage in front of a studio audience of local voters. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is also expected to attend. Other Harris supporters from across the country from groups like Mamas for Kamala, White Dudes for Harris and Progressives for Harris will appear virtually.

Both speakers are expected to discuss the stakes of this year’s election and what it means to vote.

The exact location of the event remains a secret, but anyone can participate online by visiting YouTube.com/@Oprah.

The event is intended to bolster support for Harris’ candidacy for the White House and encourage people to register to vote and mobilize others ahead of the November election, in which she will compete against Republican Party candidate, former President Donald Trump.
