Bristol County Surf Warning Until Saturday Evening – Waves Expected to Be 5 to 9 Feet

The National Weather Service issued a high surf warning at 2.31pm on Friday, valid until 7pm on Saturday, for Bristol County.

The weather service says: “Large waves ranging from 5 to 9 feet high are occurring in the surf zone.”

“Unsafe swimming and surfing conditions and local beach erosion,” the weather service explained. “Inexperienced swimmers should stay out of the water due to unsafe surfing conditions.”
