Emmerdale Spoilers – Kim Tate Asks Will for Divorce After Blackmail Twist

Emmerdale there are spoilers below.

Kim Tate filed for divorce from her husband Will Taylor in Emmerdale.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Kim was an undercover blackmailer who was harassing Will over his recent fling with Rose Jackson.

Kim lured Will into the woods, making him believe she had been kidnapped, then attacked him and stole the £40,000 he was supposed to bring as ransom.

Friday’s (September 20) episode begins with Will returning to Home Farm, stranded in the woods with no communication devices.

Lydia Dingle and Jimmy King eventually found Will trying to climb out of the shallow grave he had been forced to dig himself.

“I need to talk to Kim…now,” Will demanded.

When he returned to Home Farm, Kim said she discovered he had been cheating when a mysterious bouquet of roses was delivered to him a few weeks earlier.

“You have no idea how much I wanted to feel guilty for the rest of my life for testing you. Instead, I just felt justified,” Kim told Will.

Will begged Kim to save their marriage, but she wasn’t interested. She presented Will with divorce papers, asking him to sign over every part of her empire that she had put in his name.

“We are not breaking up,” Will insisted.

Kim reminded Will that he had already cheated on her with Bernice and Harriet, so she could only believe that she meant nothing to him.

“I am worth so much more than you, in every sense of the word,” Kim declared.

Will warned Kim that he wouldn’t just throw him out on the street. He admitted that he had taken out a loan against his trucking business from Kim’s enemy, Caleb Milligan, which would make Kim and Caleb business partners if he defaulted on the loan.
