He shared the news on Instagram, telling his fans: “You can buy tickets for my Wild 2025 tour now.

“Tales of Castaway. Lost Worlds, Chernobyl, Antarctica and New Lives in the Wild.”

Ben promises that through his live performances he will take audiences on an emotional journey of self-discovery.

Wild will feature Ben’s unique encounters with people and animals as he adventures around the world. Ben hopes the series will encourage viewers to reflect on the beauty of the world around us.

Ben is best known for hosting his own show on Channel 5, Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild.

However, just a month ago, Ben confessed that he had suffered a nervous breakdown after feeling “burned out.”

The star wrote on Instagram: “A year ago I had mental health problems.

“Episode. Storm. Blip.”

“I don’t know if there’s a specific term for it, but in general it was burnout, a breakdown.

“I’ve come a long way since I learned a lot about my neurological uniqueness. And I’ve weathered the storm.”

‘I felt my back crack,’ Countryfile star tells reporters as she recalls moment she ‘thought she was going to die’ in horror crash

Ben continued: “Through a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, medication and now some alternative therapies, I feel like my old self.

“The paranoia and fear are gone, replaced by my former, calm self.

I tell you this primarily because, as someone who shares my successes, I think it is important to also share my weaknesses.

“It’s not about following a trend or getting sympathy. It’s about, if it happened to me, it can happen to you.”
