King Charles and Prince William disagree on important royal matter

King Charles has reportedly overruled his son Prince William’s objections to Prince Andrew being readmitted to the royal family.

Reports reveal that the Duke of York has returned to the royal inner circle, despite controversy surrounding his relationship and association with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his Royal Lodge feud with the monarch. See below for more details.

Prince Andrew attended church services with other members of the royal family

The Mirror reports that Prince Andrew attended the service at Balmoral in Scotland, with Prince William at his side, along with his wife Kate Middleton.

According to the article, the public appearance was seen as a grand gesture of support from the Duke and Duchess, who are also the future King and Queen of England.

In addition, the Prince of Wales drove his uncle to the ceremony, making it clear from his speech that Andrew will no longer be excluded from royal events.

This was an interesting move as William was reportedly against Prince Andrew being reintegrated into the family.

According to one source, while William had no objection to attending private events with his uncle, such as Christmas at Sandringham, he refused to be seen in public with Andrew – the exceptions being the Queen’s funeral and King Charles’ coronation.

King Charles puts his foot down

A palace insider said it looks as if Prince William’s “wings” have been clipped a bit.

Sources close to the royal family claim that King Charles has ordered senior members of the royal family to invite Andrew to family functions, despite all the scandals his brother has been involved in in the past.

The insider noted that it was unclear how Andrew would travel to services until it was suggested that the Prince and Princess of Wales drive him. After William and Kate publicly supported Andrew, the Duke of York’s reaction was positive, stating: “It was more than he could have ever asked for.”
