Madonna showed off her flawless complexion as she arrived at the Dolce & Gabbana afterparty in Milan.

The 66-year-old superstar attended the Spring-Summer 2025 collection show, which took place as part of Milan Fashion Week on Saturday.

Taking a front row seat alongside Naomi Campbell and Ashley Graham, she showed off her bold sense of style in a black lace veil and gold crown.

But it was her radiant skin that really caught attention, showing off her timeless look.

Madonna was spotted moving through the crowd after getting out of the car that took her to an after-party in the Italian city.

For the outing, she wore a black bodysuit and mesh tights under a dazzling veil and heels.

Madonna looked on as models, including Irina Shayk, strutted down the runway in her iconic cone-shaped bra.

The girls parade down the runway in a similar bodysuit and bra to the famous Jean Paul Gaultier cone bra worn by the singer 34 years after she first donned the busty corset during her 1990 Blonde Ambition World Tour.

Madonna attended New York Fashion Week earlier this month, where she almost fell when she arrived late for the Luar Spring 2025 ready-to-wear fashion show.

The star made a grand entrance and narrowly avoided falling on her face after tripping over her very high heels.

Fan videos show the musician — who is wearing over-the-knee boots with narrow, thin heels — grabbing onto his bodyguard’s jacket at the last moment to keep his balance.

Luckily, he walked just in front of her, within arm’s reach, and her assistant followed behind her, holding the long train of her dramatic and whimsical dress.

Her entrance was clearly one of the last, as almost everyone else had already taken their seats, so you could see the Queen of Pop stumble on the empty runway.

She then tried to pretend that the trip never happened and quickly went to her seat.

Following the gaffe and fashion show, Madonna was seen leaving Rockefeller Plaza in New York City wearing not one, but two pairs of sunglasses at once.

She planned to have dinner at Emilio’s Ballato restaurant at the end of the evening.

For the performance and the evening out, the “Matter Girl” hitmaker wore a camel, trench-coat-inspired dress with a long, floor-length train and statement shoulder pads.

The unusual outfit was left open at the bottom to show off the heels that nearly caused her to fall on the runway.

She carried a handbag resembling a briefcase, with circular handles.

For an even edgier look, Madonna donned black latex opera gloves and accessorized them with rings.

She wore large, square gray sunglasses with cat eyes, and a lot of silver jewels around her neck.
