The quadruple Quad is a force for good and more strategically aligned than ever before, according to a joint declaration issued after a meeting of the group’s leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Quad Leaders’ Summit, hosted by President Joe Biden, took place Saturday in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, with Modi, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.

After a meeting with district officials at NHPC Guest House, Banbasa, the Chief Minister reviewed the relief, rescue and rehabilitation operations in the areas affected by heavy rains.

US President Joe Biden was caught on a hot mic telling Quad leaders that China was testing them, reflecting America’s seriousness about the emerging Chinese threat. Biden’s remark came during a Quad leaders’ summit on Saturday, which was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.
