Stardew Valley Update 1.6 Coming to Xbox in November

Yesterday, Stardew Valley creator Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone finally set a console release date for the highly anticipated game Version 1.6 update.

It will be implemented in November 4, 2024and within this it will also include the latest build 1.6.9which will launch on PC around the same time. Here’s the full developer update:

“Hello everyone, Console and mobile versions of update 1.6 will be released November 4, 2024 Thanks for your patience. The console and mobile ports will be released in version 1.6.9, which will also be released on PC at the same time. I can’t wait for version 1.6 to be fully released on all platforms. Then I’d like to finish Haunted Chocolatier. Thanks -Ape”

As mentioned, once version 1.6 is fully released, Barone will likely be more focused on his next project Haunted ChocolatierThe full 1.6 changelog can be seen on the official Stardew website.

Stardew Valley is available to play on Game Pass, which is great for anyone who hasn’t yet purchased the farming and life simulation.
