LoL Player Days Event: Start Date, Content, Rewards, and More

League of Legends creators Riot has announced the arrival of Player Days, an event designed to celebrate the journeys of players around the world. Here’s what we know about it, including a start date and more.

League of Legends is quickly approaching its 15th anniversary. After a decade and a half of MOBAs, creators and players are celebrating their journey together. From the highs of new champion releases, events, and more, to the lows of terrible metas and balance issues, dedicated players have seen it all.

To celebrate, Riot is introducing LoL Player Days, a series of days that will celebrate both in-game and out. If you want to see what’s happening for League’s 15th anniversary, here’s everything you need to know.

LoL Player Days Event Start Date

Player Days will begin October 9, 2024. While the main celebration will last three days, players will have until October 28, 2024 to collect any event goodies.

LoL Player Days Event Content

Player Days has both League of Legends and non-League content. For the most part, the event content is non-League, with three themed days being the main focus. These days are Creativity Day October 9, Music Day October 10and ending the event E-sports day October 10.

The LoL Player Day celebration will last three days.

During this time, a variety of skins based on these themes will be available for purchase in the store, including the highly anticipated K/DA Gragas skin.

LoL Player Days Event Rewards

Riot is giving away a ton of goodies through in-game events to celebrate the event. Starting October 8, players will be able to claim 10 different days of rewards, including Mythic Essence, Icons, and even the Mythic Anniversary Sivir skin.

Players will be able to earn exclusive icons, Mythic Essence, and even skins during the Player Days event.

Luckily, you don’t have to play every day to earn rewards, as you can build them up over the course of a day and then play multiple times in a row to get what you want. You’ll still need to play a total of 10 games to earn all the event rewards, but you’ll have until October 28 to do so.
