Whether you’re a seasoned Spanish wine connoisseur who’s already dedicated yourself to discovering Rioja, Rías Baixas Rueda and Jerez, or you’re simply curious about the delicacies of jamón Ibérico and cheeses, this festival offers something for everyone. It’s a chance to discover Spanish flavours and celebrate Eat Spain Drink Spain 2024 by giving away a case of Spanish wine to give away, which includes two bottles of each of the following – Monteabellon 14 Meses en Barrica, which any Ribera del Duero lover will love, Marques de Riscal with all the characteristics of Verdejo and Bodegas Heredad de Aduna Crianza, a wonderful expression of the Tempranillo grape.

Throughout the festival, selected retail outlets will host tastings and promotions, giving you the opportunity to sample and purchase a variety of Spanish wines and gourmet products.

Terms of Use

1. The promotion is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years and over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. The entry is valid if the participant enters the correct answer in the form above, providing name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number.

3. No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups, or applications generated automatically by a computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible, or corrupt entries will be accepted. No entries that do not follow the instructions for entry will be accepted.

4. The promotion will run from 25/09/2024 until midnight on 13/10/2024 inclusive.

5. All entries must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date will automatically be disqualified.

6. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant will win more than one prize.

7. By submitting your application to the Organizer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. We will not be responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.

9. The prize is a mixed set of Spanish wines. There will be one winner.

10. All prizes will be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the prize supplier to the Promoter. This prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any kind arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize.

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value.

13. Winners will be notified by email. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed after this time, it will become null and void and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.

14. The decision of the organisers is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into in this matter.

15. Details of the winners (name, surname, county) will be made available on The Irish Times website.

16. The winner may be required to participate in unpaid advertising in connection with this promotion.

17. The Organizer will process your personal data only in the manner specified in these regulations.

18. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

19. These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
