Arizona’s Best Pumpkin Patches 2024: Schnepf Farms and More

If you are looking for the Great Pumpkin like Charlie Brown, or just want to find the perfect pumpkin to create your own pumpkin masterpiece, then the Phoenix metropolitan area is the place to look.

Many farms and other places in Arizona offer a variety of fall attractions perfect for all ages. You can expect everything from fall-themed attractions, horse-drawn carriage rides, corn mazes, shopping with local vendors, some even have live entertainment and food trucks.

But most importantly: all the places mentioned below offer amazing pumpkin plantations, so you can choose the perfect pumpkin for cakes, carving, painting and decorating this fall.

Mother Nature’s Farm

Whether you’re looking for a one-ounce pumpkin or a 500-pound one, Mother Nature’s Farm has you covered. Enjoy picking the perfect pumpkin at Brooke’s Pumpkin Patch, and while you’re there, take a ride on a horse-drawn wagon, wander the hay maze, play in the bouncy castle, or enjoy the outdoor games.

Tolmachoff Farms

While many thrill seekers flock to Tolmachoff Farms during the Halloween season to try and escape the AZ Field of Screams, others come to spend a day of fun and fear-free fun in the pumpkin patch.

Pick a pumpkin from the huge pumpkin patch, navigate the corn maze without the haunted animals, and visit the petting zoo.

Schnepf Farms

The annual Pumpkin & Chili event at Schnepf Farms returns in 2024 and will feature a chili tasting and a gorgeous pumpkin patch to explore. Guests will also enjoy rides, games, live entertainment, shopping with local vendors and a corn maze.

Mortimer Farms

Mortimer Farms’ Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze returns. The sprawling corn maze invites you to explore its tricky twists and turns before you pick the perfect pumpkin in the field.

Plus enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides, market shopping, games and activities. There will be food trucks and live entertainment on weekends.

MacDonald’s Ranch

There is so much to do at MacDonald’s Ranch besides the wide variety of pumpkins waiting for you. Meet the animals in the petting zoo, then make your way through the hay maze, photo opportunities, target shooting, lawn and carnival games.

Pumpkins cost $2 to $60 depending on size. Additional fees apply for pony rides, barrel trail, mechanical bull and petting zoo.

Halloween Town

This family-friendly event with two locations in the Valley is more than just your average pumpkin patch experience. It’s a full-blown carnival. Ride the rides, play games, get your face painted, paint the pumpkins, and don’t forget to take one home with you.

Rocker 7 Farm Patch

Celebrate 10 years of Rocker 7 Farm pumpkin patch. Not only can you pick out a pumpkin to take home, but you can also bring a photographer to take the perfect photo (or take one yourself) in front of a pumpkin patch, a 4-acre sunflower field, or a cotton field.
