Fiji school students ready for Australia – FBC News

The Fiji Schoolboys rugby team are in high spirits ahead of their upcoming match against the Australian Schoolboys.

With the team looking to achieve the best results possible, selecting the final squad will be crucial as Fiji look to compete on the international stage.

Head coach Peniona Ranitu confirmed that there are no injuries in the team and the players are giving their all in training.

“The boys are feeling good. They have no major injuries and they are working really hard to get the best 15 running on Saturday and the 23 players who will be putting on that national jersey and working hard for the game against the Australian schoolboys.”

He adds that most of the boys made the transition from the school team to the national team with ease.

The Fiji Schoolboys team will take on the Australian Schoolboys team on Saturday at 6pm at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
