VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Euro Manganese Inc. (TSX-V and ASX: EMN; OTCQB: EUMNF; Frankfurt: E06) (the “Business” Or “ESM“) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Ludivine Wouters as a non-executive Director on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company.

Ms. Wouters is based in France and has experience in European mining and minerals policy, including critical raw materials, which will be invaluable to the Company during the implementation of the Chvaletice Manganese Project (hereinafter the “Chvaletice Manganese Project”).Design“) in the Czech Republic.

Ludivine is currently a Managing Partner of Latitude Five, where he oversees the Mining and Minerals practice. As a strategy, management and policy advisor, with specializations in transaction management, regulatory affairs, government relations and permitting, he assists natural resource companies and investors. He also works on technical assistance programs for states, focusing on mining and minerals policy, governance and taxation, and assists donor agencies, policymakers and other stakeholders in defining and implementing key minerals and responsible sourcing priorities.

Ludivine has a background in political risk insurance and extensive legal experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets with leading international companies in Paris and has also worked for an emerging market investment bank in London. Ludivine holds a Master of Business Law with distinction from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and a Ph.D. with distinction from Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) and is a member of the Paris Bar. In 2013, she was nominated by her peers as one of the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining. Ludivine is currently a Visiting Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR).

Ms Wouters’ appointment will not take effect until she has been issued a Director Identification Number (“DIN”) by the Australian Business Registry Services. It is expected that the time frame for issuing a DIN will be no longer than 30 days.

The Company also announces that Mr. Gregory Martyr has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from September 25, 2024 due to personal commitments.
