Grotesquerie Episode Release Schedule

Ryan Murphy’s next project, the dark season of “Grotesquerie,” premieres on FX Wednesday night. A series of gruesome crimes plague a small community in the 10-episode drama, and Detective Lois Tryon (Niecy Nash-Betts) must solve them.

But Lois begins to feel that these crimes are disturbingly personal. Unsure where to begin, the detective enlists the help of Sister Megan (Michaela Diamond), a nun and journalist with the Catholic Guardian. The two piece together the clues, but as more evidence emerges, they find themselves more disoriented than before.

Travis Kelce is set to guest star in a role written specifically for him. And Monsters standout Nicholas Alexander Chavez is set to play Father Charlie, the head priest at Catholic Guardian.

The series was written and created by Murphy, Jon Robin Baitz, and Joe Baken. The trio executive produced the series along with Max Winkler, Nash-Betts, Courtney B. Vance, Peter Liguori, Nissa Diederich, Erik Kovtun, and Scott Robertson.

When is the premiere of “Grotesquerie”?

The two-episode series premieres on Wednesday, September 25 at 10:00 PM ET/PT on FX.

But episodes will be available to stream the next day on Hulu. New episodes premiere every Wednesday at 10pm ET/PT on FX and the next day on Hulu.

“Grotesquerie” will air on FX and be available on Hulu the day after its broadcast.

Are episodes released weekly or all at once?

Episodes will be bundled and released two at a time. New episodes will premiere on Hulu on Wednesdays at 10pm ET and will be available to stream the next day on Hulu. All episodes will be available and available to watch just in time for Halloween.

What is “Grotesquerie” about?

Detective Lois Tryon (Nash-Betts) has suspicions about a series of heinous crimes that are plaguing her community. She feels someone may be tormenting her. Feeling lost and without any leads, Lois enlists the help of a nun and journalist, Sister Megan (Diamond), to piece together the clues. The detective is not only facing the pressures of her professional life. At home, Lois is struggling with a strained relationship with her daughter, her husband in long-term hospital care, and her own inner demons.

Who plays the main role in “Grotesquerie”?

The FX series stars Niecy Nash-Betts as Detective Lois Tryon, Courtney B. Vance as Marshall Tryon, Lesley Manville as Nurse Redd and Micaela Diamond as Sister (and journalist) Megan.
