Two key Barcelona players absent from the group session ahead of the match against Osasuna

After a 1-0 victory over Getafe in the last La Liga match, FC Barcelona is scheduled to visit Pamplona next weekend and face Osasuna at the El Sadar Stadium.

The Catalan team is already preparing for this match and before this match there will be a training session at Camp Tito Vilanova. For the team, it was the last training session before leaving for Pamplona.

As noted by SPORT, the most noticeable aspect of this training session was the absence of two important players, Raphinha and Marc Casado. Both players stayed to work in the gym and did not join the team for the ground training session.

However, the decision not to train with the rest of the group was mainly to relieve their bodies, and their participation in the upcoming match against Osasuna is beyond any doubt.

In addition to Casada and Raphinha, several young players who have been training with the first team over the past few weeks, including Andres Cuenca and Fernandez’s cousins Toni and Guillermo, were also absent from the training session. Their absence is understandable because today, Friday, Barcelona Atletic is scheduled to play an away game against Tarazona.

In terms of goalkeepers, Inaki Pena is expected to remain the team’s starting goalkeeper, with Ander Astralaga and Iker Rodriguez as his substitutes for the upcoming match. Aron Yaakobishvili and Eder Aller went with Barcelona Atletic to an away match.

Another notable aspect of this training session was the way Eric Garcia and Inigo Martinez performed outside the group, mainly running and alternating rest.

Thanks to this training session, Barcelona is preparing for the next league match. A win against Osasuna could see the team make history as it will be their best start to a league season in the club’s history.
