Ye, the artist formerly known as Kanye West, has just announced that he is working on an upcoming album titled “Bully.”

According to DiversityThe Chicago-born recording artist was performing at the Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China, when he informed the audience about the upcoming project. He reportedly made his debut on stage with the song “Beauty and the Beast”.

Closing the show, he told the audience about his latest album before introducing a new track.

“There’s a new album coming out. The album is called “Bully” and this song is called “Beauty and the Beast”.

The news is significant considering many believed his career was over after facing much controversy, being called an anti-Semite and losing partnerships with major brands such as The Gap and Adidas.

He didn’t say when the album would be released, but Ye has a history of giving release dates and then making fans wait, sometimes up to several months, to receive the product. The rapper managed to release two albums this year after the expected release of his first album was originally scheduled for 2023. The first album “Vultures” was finally heard by the world on February 10. The “Vultures” sequel was dropped on August 3. Both albums were recorded with Ty Dolla $ign.

The first album featured the song that became a #1 single, “Carnival” featuring Rich the Kid and Playboi Carti. Despite controversy hanging over his head, Ye’s album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.

“Vultures 2” featured Playboi Carti, Future, Lil Durk, Ye’s daughters North and Chicago West, Young Thug, Lil Wayne, CyHi the Prynce and Ty Dolla $ign’s brother Big TC. The digital Deluxe album features appearances by Peso Pluma, Kodak Black, Kid Cudi and Travis Scott.
